One of our colleagues went to Moscow, Russia for FIFA world cup. Before reaching Moscow she spent around 4 days in Paris, France. Comparison between two cities was natural. She liked Moscow more than Paris, she praised Moscow a lot.
According to her Paris was not as organized as Moscow, traffic discipline of people was not good in Paris and her holiday was intervened by museum labor strikes in Paris. Moscow on other hand was more organized and people had better traffic discipline. She also visited St. Petersburg and found that one good too.
While working for a French conglomerate, I received rather similar feedback about Paris. It seems like people strike a lot in France.
